America's Finest Fame Machine turns 1 year old today, and what better way to celebrate? Get to know the minds of our resident Starmakers through collages that guide you through the landscapes of their minds accompanied by statements about what their year at the Machine has been like.

Cruising down the expressway in the heat of my sweaty car in June of 2022, Milan and I hatched a plan that would change our lives just a year later. While we had always been working on creative projects throughout the duration of our friendship, nothing has ever come close to the caliber of Starmaker Machine. It has been such a fascinating process to learn even more about my closest friend and has grown my respect for him tenfold. I feel so lucky to know that I am working with someone who not only wholly understands my vision, but can also build upon it in ways that are all the more inspiring. Being part of Starmaker Machine has shown me what I am capable of and has pushed me to truly reach for the stars. We have met and worked with a number of inspiring people that we otherwise wouldn’t have, and it leaves me constantly wondering where we will go next. We have big plans and new ideas coming soon and I cannot wait to share them with the world! Here’s to another year of the Machine— I hope you stick with us!

Although it has only been 1 year since the birth of Starmaker Machine, it feels like this has been in the works for a significantly longer time. Kitty and I have always felt like a duo with an inherent need to create something bigger than ourselves. Crafting and scheming our way through the International Baccalaureate program projects it feels like the Machine was always within us- all that was missing was a few sparks and a little elbow grease for it to become alive.

That day came upon listening to the Joni Mitchell track on the car speakers - putting a name to the creative partnership and forever changing our lives. The work we have created in the past 365 days- 23 photoshoots, blogs, and 1 special project that you'll get to see very soon- has led us to become truly in touch with ourselves and each other. In addition to that, we got to connect with some of the most extraordinary individuals, create things we have always wanted, and make life-long friendships. As we put a close to the first chapter of the Machine I am thrilled to continue collaborating, creating, and making a whole lot of magic!
